About Us.

Co-Founder
I’m Darcy. I grew up in Shrewsbury, a market town on the border of Wales and have always found myself immersed in the outdoors. My journey in film-production started at the age of twelve years old attempting to replicate high-grade mountain bike edits on my GoPro HD Hero. Slowly but surely, without knowing it, I found a passion for capturing moments, through family holiday’s or building make-shift equipment such as a steadicam from a stick and a water bottle to film my mates on their mountain bikes. This desire to create consumed me and has stuck with me to this day.
At 17 I managed to bag myself a ‘Junior Editor’ role at a production company local to Shrewsbury and had the honour of filming some of my mountain bike heroes. I decided that I wanted more and took the opportunity to start a degree at the University of Staffordshire where I met Callum and Alethea. Over the course of my degree I came out with a Ba (Hons) in Film Production, collecting best film awards for my documentaries and even the Lenny Henry Award at RTS Midlands.
Over the years, I have built up a mammoth portfolio and have been lucky enough to work with some amazing people and brands such as, Red Bull, Adidas, YT Industries, Trek, Hope, Continental and many more. My style was initially formed from the extreme sports industry and has influenced my current work, from documentary filmmaking to music videos.

Co-Founder
I’m Callum. I am a creative individual with a keen eye for visuals. Since childhood, I have found joy in crafting content, starting with small projects alongside my brother—from Lego stop motions to mini trampoline edits and playful short films with friends. It wasn't until college that I saw film as a viable career path. Over five years, I honed my skills, developed a diverse portfolio, and discovered my niche in videography through collaborations with fellow creatives.
My journey also steered me towards social media, where I took a break from university to cultivate a significant following and master online content strategies. This phase led me to collaborate with prominent clients like Hugo Boss, Jo Malone, and Tommy Hilfiger, crafting successful social media campaigns. The fusion of film and digital media was a natural and pivotal evolution in my career.
Driven to complete my academic journey, I graduated with first-class honours in Film Production. Now, I am eager to leverage my education and rich experience to make a meaningful impact in the creative industry.
Alethea Pedley @aletheafilm
Co-Founder
My name is Alethea. I am a trans, West Midlands based video director and editor, with a degree in film production and a passion for music videos. I got my start in film studying art and design in 2017 where I began to grow my taste in media and film language. From here I decided to pursue a degree in concept art for film before ultimately realising that my passion was for the craft of filmmaking.
My background in art and design has given me a creative eye for pre-production and on set production design, allowing for better visualisation of projects in the early stages of development. As I am more visual leaning I have often been drawn to music videos to convey wordless story-telling through my style directing.
I completed my film production degree at Staffordshire University with first-class honours at the age of 23. Since then I have been working odd jobs while directing freelance music videos with a small group of friends looking to expand and diversify my ever growing portfolio.
